40. Laugh Along with LET MY PEOPLE GO! at Living Room Theaters

LetPeopleGoA queer French film that looks absolutely hilarious snuck into town this weekend…LET MY PEOPLE GO! A bit of French farce, a dash of Jewish family shenanigans, some hot Finnish guys….a little bit of something for almost everyone.

A French Jewish gay mailman heads back home from Finland after a bad breakup with his tall blond boyfriend.  Of course, things get comedically worse once he is back in the clutches of his ditzy mom, sleazy dad, depressed sister and all the people he tried to leave behind.

This one looks like a lot of fun.  An unexpectedly entertaining French queer film might be just the things for a cloudy Portland afternoon.  It screens this week at the Living Room Theaters in downtown Portland.
